Press Zero is a student research project at the University of California, Riverside, led by Vivaan Rao and Gary Zhang with faculty advisor Dr. Aruhn Venkat and advisor Chris Thomas. We're studying how people experience AI customer-service bots and what those bots fail to provide. The survey takes about 4 minutes. Taking part is voluntary, and you can stop at any time. We ask for your email and some background details only to understand the results and, if you choose, to credit you as a contributor. Your email is never shown publicly. Anonymous, combined results may be published in research papers and on this site. Don't include account numbers or other sensitive personal information in your answers.
